What a great way to use up those 
Thanksgiving leftover's

 

2 to 3 cups cut up cooked turkey meat
2 to 3 cups of your leftover cooked vegetables, drained, or your choice of frozen vegetables.{ 16.oz. package }, thawed, rinse and drained.
1 T. minced onion
1~10 oz. can of condensed cream of chicken soup
1&1/3 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
leftover mashed potatoes
leftover stuffing


Recipe can easily be doubled.
In a bowl, stir together, turkey, vegetables, onion, soup, salt & pepper and milk. Pour that mixture into a 9x9 baking dish, { the size of dish will depend on how much turkey mixture you have }. Spread mashed potatoes over the turkey mixture. Sprinkle the stuffing over the potatoes.
Bake at 350°  ~

9x9 dish, 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
9x13 dish, 45 to 55 minutes or until heated through.
