One ~ 2 lb. fillet of salmon with the skin on.
½ cup of Caesar salad dressing
Aluminum foil ~ heavy duty or double the standard thickness of foil.
Pre heat your gas grill to medium. 
Wash the salmon fillet in cold water, pat dry.
Place the fillet, skin down onto the foil. Spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the top of the salmon fillet. Place on the grill, close the lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. The salmon will flake apart with a fork when done.
Serves 4.
You can also use your oven. Pre heat oven to 350°. Place the salmon fillet on a baking dish or the foil. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. The salmon will flake apart with a fork when done.
Serves 4.
