1 lb. ground beef 
one large onion, chopped
1~15 oz. can Mexican style stewed, sliced tomatoes
1~1.25 oz. package Taco Seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup water  
2 T. flour
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 package of 12, flour tortillas
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and 1/2 of the chopped onions, until  done. Meanwhile chop the tomatoes, lettuce and grate the cheese. Place tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and 1/2 of onions in separate serving bowls and set aside. 
Drain off any fat from the meat. Add stewed tomatoes, Taco seasoning and the water, salt & pepper to taste . Simmer for 15 minutes or till liquid is gone. Stir in the flour and cook 1 minute longer.  Remove from heat, set aside and cover to keep warm.
Warm tortillas according to package. Lay out 1 tortilla and add 2 Tbs. of meat, cheese, onion, tomatoes then lettuce. Sprinkle with Tabasco sauce, is optional. Enjoy. Easily doubled
