WHAT A GREAT SANDWICH

1 tube { 11 ounces } refrigerated crusty French loaf
1 T mayonnaise
2 T mustered
3/4  to 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 to 1 cup  shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 pound each thinly sliced deli salami and ham
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup sweet onions sliced very thin
1 T butter, melted
2 to 3 T's shredded Parmesan cheese
Unroll the dough on a lightly floured surface. { To keep your fingers from sticking to the dough, dip them in flour. }
Mix the mayonnaise and mustered in a small dish and spread on the dough. Sprinkle the unrolled dough with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to within 1/2 in. of edges; top the cheese with the meats, peppers and onions.
Roll  up jellyroll style, starting with a short side; seal seams and tuck ends under. Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Slice with a serrated { its a knife that has little teeth on the cutting edge } knife 2 to 3 inch pieces. Serves 4
