1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup all ~ purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
{ or 1 package of Corn Bread Mix for a 8 x 8 baking dish }
1 ~ 15 oz. can of whole corn with liquid
1 ~ 15 oz. can of creamed corn
1 ~ 8 oz. container of sour cream
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together, and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
