2 ~ rolls
of chocolate chip cookie dough
{ Or make you own }
2 ~ 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese ~ softened
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 T. vanilla
Slice 1 roll of the chocolate chip cookie dough, laying the slices into a
9 x 13 baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Press the cookie dough in
the the bottom of the baking dish to meet
the edges and to cover the bottom of the dish.
Mix together cream cheese, walnuts,
eggs, sugar and vanilla. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie
dough. Slice 2nd roll of cookie dough and crumble all over the top of the
cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes or till golden brown on top. Easy and oh boy are they
ever good warm or cold. This is one of my favorites. Makes about 1
½ dozen bars.
