1 package { 8 ounces }
Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup { 1/2 stick } butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package { 16 ounces } powdered sugar { about 4 cups }
Beat
cream cheese, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until
well blended.
Add
sugar gradually, beating well after each addition. Spread on completely
cooled cakes and rolls, or hot sweet rolls. Makes 16 ounces.

Chocolate Frosting Prepare as directed,
blending in 3 squares Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, melted.
