1 ~ 16 ounce jar
Sauerkraut, well drained 1 1/4 cups cooked corned beef, cut into 1/2 inch cubes { cook corned beef according to package } 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 small onion, chopped 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 2 slices light or dark rye bread, cut into 1 inch cubed 2 T. butter, melted In a bowl,
combine the sauerkraut, corned beef, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion,
garlic, stir well. Transfer to a greased 9 inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top. Melt butter,
add bread to butter and toss until well coated, sprinkle bread over
cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35
minutes or until heated through, Serves 4 |
