1 medium head green cabbage,
sliced thinly
3 ripe green apples, peeled and cut in cubes
1T lemon
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1~1/2 cup mayonnaise
1T sugar
1T water
In
a large bowl add cabbage, apples, lemon, walnuts, cranberries.
Mix
mayonnaise, sugar and water. Stir into cabbage, refrigerate for 1 hour
before serving. Serves 6 to 8
