8 cups broccoli flowerets { that is the tops of the broccoli } 
4 medium, granny smith apples, sliced, cored, & cut into bite size pieces
1 small red onion, sliced thinly
1 1/2 cups chopped smoked almond's
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
In a large bowl, combine onions, smoked almond's, raisins and mayonnaise. Set aside. { or make the night before }
In a medium bowl, combine apples and lemon juice. Stir until apples are well coated with lemon juice, add apples and lemon juice to mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Stir in broccoli. Serves 6 to 8. Easily doubled.
