1 ~ 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli,
carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained. { Fresh
vegetables can always be used.}
1 can { 10 ¾ oz. } condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 ~ 4 oz. jar chopped pimiento, drained { optional }
1 ~ 2.8 oz. can French fried onions
Combine vegetables, soup, ½ of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento
and ½ of the French fried onions. Pour into a 1 ~ quart casserole baking
dish.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with the remaining
cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Serves 6.
