Glenda's Easy Recipes

3 ~ lbs cooked beef roast, shredded 
1 ~ 10 can of each,
Cheddar cheese soup
Cream of mushroom soup
1 ~ 15 ounce can whole kernel corn
1 ~ 7 ounce can of diced green chilies
1 ~ cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups salsa
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
1 package of 12 { flour or corn } tortillas
In a medium bowl, combine soups, corn, milk, chilies, onion, and salsa. Mix well.
Spray a 13 x 9 ~ baking dish; lay 6 of the tortillas in the bottom of the dish. Lay 1/2 of the beef on top; pour 1/2 of the sauce mixture over the beef, 1/2 of the grated cheese. Repeat the layer starting with tortillas, ending with the cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Serves 6 to 8.
