1 package supreme brownie mix { the one with a chocolate syrup pouch }
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs ~ slightly beaten
Football ~ shaped cookie cutter, 3 1/2 x 2 inches
1 tub creamy chocolate ready ~ to ~ spread frosting
1 tube of white cake decorating frosting or 1/2 cup  white chocolate baking chips
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  Heat oven to 350°. Line a rectangular baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with wax paper or parchment paper, letting paper hang 2 inches over short ends of pan. Spray wax paper with cooking spray.
              In a medium bowl stir brownie mix, chocolate syrup, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, for about 1 hour.
             Remove brownies from pan, using wax paper to lift. Cut brownies into football shapes, using the cookie cutter. If the cutter sticks to the brownie you may need to dip the cutter into a little flour, gently blowing off the excess flour before cutting. Frost footballs with the chocolate frosting.
               Place baking chips, milk and butter in small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on Medium ~ High  { 70% } for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 10 seconds longer or until chips are melted. Pour melted chips into a small zip lock bag. Pock a very small hole into the corner of the bag and then drizzle melted chips over frosting to look like football laces. Makes 11 or 12 brownies.
