1 ~ 12 inch pre baked thin Italian pizza crust with pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups { 6 ounces } shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can { 14.5 ounces } diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano,
well drained
1 cup chopped leftover cooked turkey
1 can { 14 ounces } artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
1 can { 2.25 ounces } sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup { 2 ounces } shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crust on ungreased baking sheet. Spread
pizza sauce and sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese over sauce. Top
with tomatoes, turkey, artichokes, olives, parmesan cheese and the
remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
