1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons deli mustard
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
4 salmon fillets { about 4 or 5 ounces each }
Instructions:
In medium
bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 of the
mayonnaise mixture and set aside to serve with the salmon.
If you are
going to bake the salmon; spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Lay
fillets skin down { if they have the skin on }, spread 2/3's of the
mayonnaise mixture evenly over the 4 fillets. If you are going to grill
the fillets; spray a piece of heavy foil with cooking spray and place
the fillets skin side down onto the foil. Bake at 350°
or heat grill at a medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until the flakes easily with a fork. Serve salmon with
the reserved
mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped
green onions. Serves 4. |
