Make one cup.3 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon salt dash of white pepper 1 cup milk Melt butter
in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper, stir for a
one minute. Using a whisk, pour in milk all
at once and quickly whisk till mixture
starts to thickens, continue whisking until the sauce thickens to the
desired thickness. Set aside and keep warm till used. |
