6 ounces cream cheese ~ softened
2 ~ 10 ounce package each frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well
drained
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms ~ thinly sliced
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/3 cup crushed seasoned croutons
Preheat oven
to 350°. Mix cream cheese, spinach, mushrooms, milk and seasoning until
well blended.
Spoon
mixture into 1 ~ quart baking dish; sprinkle with croutons.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes: 4 to 5
Servings.
Great
Substitute;
Prepare as directed, using Neufchatel cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream
Cheese.
