2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1 package { 16 ounces } baby carrots
Mix
butter, nutmeg, garlic salt and red pepper until well blended.
Cook
carrots as directed on package. Pour butter mixture over carrots; toss
to coat well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
