Fruity Green Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette   Prep Time: 15 min Strawberries and oranges marry with romaine in a salad dressy enough for company, but your family will love it too. Vinaigrette Salad Dressing 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries 2 teaspoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper 1 tablespoon oil 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar Salad 1 ~ 10 ounce package romaine ~ blend mixed salad greens 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries ~ sliced 1 ~ 11 ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained 2 tablespoons sliced green onions In blender container, combine all vinaigrette ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. To assemble salads, divide salad greens onto individual plates. Top each with 1/4 cup strawberries and orange segments. Drizzle vinaigrette over salads. Sprinkle with onions. Serves 2. Easily doubled.
