20 ounce can, no sugar added crushed pineapple, drained
1 ~
14 ounce can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 ~
10 ounce tub extra creamy whipped topping ~ you can substitute low fat
whipped topping
1 cup pecans or walnut ~ chopped
Mix all together in a
1 1/2 quart casserole and
refrigerate overnight.
This is delicious, very light and is perfect for hot weather. Serves 6 to
8.
