If you have trouble finding
the Napa cabbage, you can use green cabbage shredded.
Asian Sesame Apple Salad Recipe
1/4 cup seasoned rice
vinegar
In a large bowl, whisk
vinegar, oil, honey, salt and chile pepper until blended. add apples
slices and toss to coat.
Add remaining ingredients,
except the radish sprouts, toss to cost. Chill in the refrigerator
for at lest 45 minutes before serving, or up to 4 hours ahead of
time. Just before serving, scatter radish sprouts over the salad.
Gently toss in the radish spouts. |
