Broccoli Waldorf Salad

You can substitute dried craisins or dried currents for the raisins. |
Broccoli Waldorf Salad8 cups broccoli flowerets { that is the tops of the broccoli }4 medium granny smith apples, sliced, cored, cut into bite size pieces 1 small red onion, sliced thinly 1 1/2 cups chopped smoked almond's 1/2 cup raisins 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large bowl, combine apples and lemon juice. Stir until apples are well coated with lemon juice, add apples and lemon juice to mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
