A little bit about Glenda
As a young woman my mom helped my grandmother in the kitchen and always
enjoyed baking and cooking on the old wood stove. When she was a senior in
high school she worked for her home economic teacher, learning even more
about cooking, passing that on to me.
I always find myself in the kitchen and have found I loved cooking. At the
mere mention of cooking, people perk up with interest. Food welcomes people.
It celebrates occasions. It goes with us to parties, picnics and socials. It
helps to comfort and seems to always find its way into most conversations. I
hope you will not only enjoy the recipes, but take time to pass them along
to your friends and family.
